| Leaders Needed Urgently |
A bird somewhere in Russia for some reason, refused to join the pack as
they flew South for the winter. Its' parents and elders warned, it
refused believing it could tough it out alone. Winter came and it was
extremely cold so the bird froze. It fell to the ground, and was covered
with snow. After a while a cow came by and dropped some dung on it.
Because, the pile of dung was warm, the bird was thawed out and brought
back to life. It lay there all warm and happy, and soon began to sing
for joy. Just then, a cat heard the singing bird, took it out of the
pile of cow dung, and ate it.
The bird in this story typifies
Nigeria as a nation, and the cat represents enemies, as a nation. We're
at a stage in our life as a nation where we have to be wise and
spiritually sensitive in deciding the future of our nation. Especially
as the general elections are
