THE SECRET III

"Only the holy spirit, the spirit of the lord, can transform us." - Joseph Prince

Many people reading this today. Must have heard of the Poem, Humpty Dumpty. My concern is how he fell, from a height and couldn't be put back together again: not even by the kings men, or horses. The poem states that 'his fall' was great. It's amazing how that poem so succinctly illustrates, a spiritually correct scenario today. DEALING TOXIC PEOPLE

"What you believe is very powerful. If you have toxic emotions of fear, guilt and depression, it is because you have wrong thinking, and you have wrong thinking because of wrong believing." - Joseph Prince

Show me your friends, I'll tell you who you are. You're as successful as the company you keep. It's important to stay with a circle of individuals who boost your morale and encourage you to advance, succeed or get better. However, sometimes as a result of situations we can't change, sometimes people get distraught, moody and hence become toxic, to themselves and those around them. Therefore it is important to know how to deal with such people when it becomes a habit.

Toxic behaviours are not okay, so don't pretend it is. If you’re not careful, toxic people can use their moody behaviour to get preferential treatment, and have their way. Don’t be deceived, constant drama and negativity isn't worth it. If someone can’t be a reasonable, reliable adult on a regular basis, it’s time to…move.

If someone around you insists on destructively dictating the emotional atmosphere, please steer clear: they are toxic. If you keep suffering because of their attitude, and your compassion, patience, advice, and general attentiveness doesn’t seem to help them, and they don’t seem to care one bit, then ask yourself, “Do I need this person in my life?”
