THE GIFT OF A DAY (04); GOOD EVENING!!!

Good Morning

In my opinion the Evening is arguably the most effective part of the day. Yes you may say “but that is when one closes for the day” which is very true, but have you ever noticed that every successful store keeper has a routine of taking stock in the evening just before the close of business. This is not just true of store keepers but should become true of our own lives. The evening is that period where one re-evaluates the day. Did you achieve your objectives? What did you miss? Did the things you did add to the overall objectives of the day or were you just busy but not effective?

In his book, "Facing Loneliness," Sanders goes on to emphasize that being successful often fails to produce satisfaction or add to your purpose in life. Then he refers to Henry Martyn, a distinguished scholar, as an example of what he is talking about. Martyn, a Cambridge University student, was honoured at only 20 years of age for his achievements in mathematics. In fact, he was given the highest recognition possible in that field. And
